Our Story
Founded in September 2022, JFLEURS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED was born from a vision to bring scientific knowledge, research experience and practical aquaculture requirements together. We believe the fish-feed industry can do more than supply a commodity — it can become a genuine partner in improving fish health, farm efficiency, and farmer profitability.
Our current focus covers feed solutions for Rohu, Catla, Tilapia, Pangasius, Shrimp — and counting. Our approach is rooted in understanding the biology and nutritional requirements of fish and translating that knowledge into practical solutions for farmers across different stages of aquaculture.

Dr. Sharad C. Srivastava
Dr. Sharad C. Srivastava leads the research, scientific innovation, and nutritional strategy at JFLEURS. A distinguished fisheries scientist and aquaculture consultant, he brings decades of research leadership from premier institutes, including extensive experience at the ICAR–National Bureau of Fish Genetic Resources (ICAR-NBFGR).
Holding advanced qualifications including M.F.Sc., Ph.D., FCWF, and MAE, Dr. Srivastava is an authority in aquatic animal nutrition, fish genetics, commercial aquaculture systems, and pond biosecurity. His prolific contribution to fisheries science encompasses more than 35 research publications, scientific articles, and technical manuals that bridge advanced laboratory research with practical field application.
At JFLEURS, Dr. Srivastava spearheads product formulation and biological testing, ensuring every feed solution is grounded in rigorous science to optimize feed conversion ratios (FCR), enhance aquatic animal health, and drive sustainable profitability for farmers.
